07 fitting the deck core

Measure, mark and cut deck core material. Use gorilla glue to stick small pieces together if necessary.

Position core material on board. Use heat gun to shape edges of core. 

Cut darts in core material at nose & tail. Tape down core. 

Place the core material on the board and put it in the vacuum bag to check the fit. Mark on the outside of the bag/take pictures of any areas that need to be trimmed. 

Remove from bag and trim core material as necessary.
