BEFORE glassing on the deck, flip the board over, tape off the bottom of the board, making approx 4 inch mask from the edge of the board.

Later, you will use this taped off area to roll on a 2-inch edge of wet epoxy around the bottom edge to stick down the deck glass and core. The core material should be a little larger to cover the wet glass and epoxy, so it doesn't get all over the bag.
